StoreHub exports and RANKING workbooks go into the cloud database here. The file is read on this computer and checked first, and the page shows what it holds and what it would change; nothing is saved until you look it over and press Approve and save. A StoreHub Transactions export goes to Review imports first, and is kept only once you approve it there.

In this order: the RANKING workbooks first, then the daily StoreHub filesLoad the history once from the RANKING workbooks (RANKING 2024, RANKING 2025, UNIPC RANKING 2026, UNIPRINT RANKING 2026; in each, File > Download > Microsoft Excel). After that, upload StoreHub's Sales by Product each day. The UNIPC workbook brings the Classification, Description and Variant typed in the sheet and fills the product list with them; a StoreHub file has none, so a StoreHub file sent before the workbook would leave those days without them until the workbook is loaded. For each file: choose Offline transaction or Inventory, drop the file, check the review, press Approve and save, and wait for Done or Stopped for today before dropping the next file.

1. What are you uploading?

Offline transaction accepts StoreHub Transactions, Sales by Product and RANKING files. Inventory accepts the raw StoreHub Products export. The page checks that the selected type agrees with the file.

Product list

Each division keeps its own product list. Changing this selection does not move sales or inventory.

Live AI product identification

Owner only. Cloudflare AI receives only the product details below—not the uploaded file, customer information, prices or sales figures. Suggestions can be wrong: review before saving. Existing manual values are preserved.

AI, imports and reports use one shared UNIPC / UNIPRINT item-code dictionary alongside the full name, model, SKU and description. Codes are matched exactly, ignoring case—not as part of another word. Conflicts need your review; existing records are never corrected automatically.

Shared product-category dictionary — UNIPC and UNIPRINT

Includes the 50-code UNIPRINT guide dated 27 August 2026 and UNIPC computing codes such as LT-. PRNTR- and PRTNR- both mean Printers (canonical code PRTNR). CSV- means Car stickers, not a file format. BOX- and MBOX- are different families. Mold- is normalized to MOLD-.

Maximum 25 new AI requests daily and 4 per minute for this website. Repeated identical details use a seven-day cache. No automatic retries; manual editing always remains available.

Products with no Classification yet

StoreHub does not export Classification, Description or Variant, so they are kept here, one row per model and division. What you save applies to every day the model sold, past days included, in the Reports. A day loaded from a RANKING workbook keeps any value its sheet gave it. The dates start at the last day the cloud has sales for the selected division.

Find a model

To check or correct what the product list holds for one model: type its name exactly as the reports show the Model, then Find. A correction here does not change a day loaded from a RANKING workbook that has its own value: the reports keep the sheet's.
