Product count and inventory
Upload the raw StoreHub Products export. The app keeps the same 12 quantity columns and branch names as your Excel script, and checks for a new snapshot every five minutes while visible and online.
Sources and definitions
The latest detailed inventory uses the most recent StoreHub Products snapshot on or before the selected end date. The branch table counts products with a non-zero quantity in each of the 12 kept locations. Units are summed quantities. Retail value uses Tax-Inclusive Price × quantity; it is not cost value.
Historical weekly, monthly and annual rows use each division’s last snapshot in that period, so stock balances are not added together. Hourly history shows the latest retained upload for each hour. A manual upload is still required when StoreHub produces new data.
