Reset the owner's sign-in

Prefer email password recovery when account email is enabled: it keeps your MFA intact. This emergency Cloudflare-secret recovery resets MFA and requires re-enrollment.

For the owner only. Once the owner has his own named sign-in, the OWNER_PASSWORD secret (set in Cloudflare: Workers & Pages > knm-procurement-admin > Settings > Variables and Secrets) no longer signs in. It does one thing: it sets a new password for the owner's own sign-in, here. Every other sign-in of the owner's ends.
